Q:  How many eBooks are being sold?  I've heard that all the big publishing houses are now placing their new books in eBook format..
A:  Our third-party fulfillment center downloads over 1,000,000 eBooks each month.  No idea how many are being sold by competitors.  Our market research indicates that eBook sales are expanding at about 40% annually.  Our customers are scattered around the world; those outside North America and the UK have limited/no English-language bookstores available to browse.  They depend on us and well-known book reviewers to point them toward quality books.  They routinely visit our Web site to read Chapter 1 of new books before they buy. From our vantage point it appears that all of the major publishing     houses in the U.S. are now routinely placing their new titles in the eBook wholesale distribution system.

Q:  Who determines your books’ prices?
A:  Publishers determine the Retail Price, and Wholesale Discount.  We discount those prices on occasion at our discretion, depending on market conditions.  Irrespective of our discounts, your publisher receives his Wholesale Price from our fulfillment center.

Q:  Do you sell the books you promote?
A:  Yes! We only promote books that are available in ebook format in our BookStore.

Q:  How do I get my book into eBook format and into your BookStore?
A:  Review our eBook Conversion & Wholesale Distribution Services.  We can help you convert your book into popular eBook formats; and place it with the world’s largest eBook wholesale distributor.  Your eBook will be sold in our BookStore.  It will also be sold by eBook retailers around the world.

Q:  Do you sell any books you don’t promote?
A:  Our BookStore includes nearly 100,000 titles, though we don’t promote them all.

Q:  How do I know how many of my eBooks you sell?
A:  Your publisher has, or will establish, an agreement with our fulfillment center that allows him to “inspect the books.”
