Reading Chapter One:

Q:  Do I need to log-in as an eChapterOne customer to read Chapter Ones, or browse your BookStore?
A:  No.  All readers and browsers are welcome.

Q:  How often do the Chapter Ones on your Home page change?
A:  Our Staff is constantly uploading books to our site, so check back often for new selections.

Q:  Why is Chapter One of some books available, but not others?  I thought all books were protected by copyright.
A:  Chapter Ones of the books we promote are available because the author or publisher, whoever owns the copyright, provides eChapterOne a Limited License Grant to display their Chapter One, and any excerpts they select, on eChapterOne.com and on marketing materials provided to our marketing partners.

Q:  Can I print a Chapter One?
A:  Technically, it is possible.  However, doing so violates international and U.S. copyright laws.  We are able to display and print Chapter Ones, and our marketing partners are authorized to print them, for books whose authors and/or publishers (whoever owns the copyright) have granted us a Limited License Grant for this purpose.  We ask that you respect those copyrights.
